Receiver Missing for Distribution Rule PMU

Jika pada saat akan melakukan release maintenance order muncul pop up infomation “Receiver Missing for Distribution Rule PMU” dengan detail message sbb:

Receiver missing for distribution rule PMU

Message no. KD060

Diagnosis

No receiver in distribution rule PMU in the settlement rule.

Procedure

Use the “List” function to determine which rule this is and then press F2 to maintain it.  Enter the missing receiver.

Apa penyebab hal ini terjadi?

Hal ini terjadi karena Maintenance Order tsb belum memiliki data receiver sehingga harus dimaintain terlebih dahulu sebelum order tersebut di release. Hal ini berkaitan juga dengan setting konfigurasi yang telah dilakukan pada order type tersebut. Silahkan cek pada konfigurasi :

Plant Maintenance and Customer Service > Maintenance and Service Processing > Basic Settings > General Order Settlement > Maintain Settlement Profiles

Pastikan apa valid receivers yang di aktifkan pada konfigurasi untuk order type tersebut

Maka apa yang dapat dilakukan untuk menyelesaikan issue tsb?

Sebagai contoh, jika receiver pada order type tsb adalah cost center, Check Tab Location, pastikan field Cost center sudah di isi sebelum di release, kemudian klik release dan save.

Setelah receiver di isi terlebih dahulu kemudian di release, maka pop up tsb tidak akan muncul lagi dan akan muncul informasi bahwa “Order xxxxx will be released after update” dan order sudah dapat di save.
